The firm was founded by Michael Feeley. Mr. Feeley has over 15 years of private equity valuation and financial due diligence experience across manufacturing, construction, consumer goods, healthcare and holding companies.

Mr. Feeley holds a MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst holder.
